While I do not endorse all the ideas in this book, it was the material I needed to read to achieve "lift off" in restructuring my life. I was stuck in a years-long cycle of starting each day with frustration as I woke up late and rushed out the door, resentful of my morning duties and the fact that I didn't have time for them nor self-care.
